On November 28th, 2018 Canada held the 105th Express Entry draw in which it issued 3,900 ITAs for permanent residence in Canada. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score cut-off was only 445. The date of the Tie-breaking date was October 22nd, 2018 and also No Program was specified in it.
In this draw, by issuing 3,900 invitations, IRCC stayed steady with the policy and numbers applied in the past months. The ranking decreased by 4 points, and was standing at 445 points. The reason was the increase of time between draws. As regards the future the candidates can be hopeful about a decline in the future also. In case IRCC maintains a high frequency in the number of ITAs and also increases the draws, then the CRS score is likely to decline.
The candidates, who submit profiles earlier to the EE pool, have a better chance to receive an ITA.
